1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing services from PQG LLC, doing business as EasyBoostMedia ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services We Provide

  • AI & Automation: Custom AI assistants, chatbots, business process automation
  • Odoo Solutions: ERP implementation packages (Express Sales, Retail, AI Combo)
  • Web Services: Landing pages and business websites
  • Integrations: WhatsApp-Odoo, Stripe, custom API integrations

3. Pricing & Payment

Our services use a Setup Fee + Monthly Subscription model:

  • Setup Fee: One-time payment due at checkout
  • Monthly Subscription: Recurring charge via Stripe

4. Delivery Timeline

  • AI Assistants: 48-72 hours after onboarding form completion
  • Odoo Solutions: 5-10 business days
  • Web Services: 3-7 business days
  • Integrations: 2-5 business days

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Complete onboarding form within 7 days of purchase
  • Provide accurate business information
  • Respond to questions within 48 hours during setup

6. Refund Policy

  • Before work begins: Full refund within 7 days if onboarding not submitted
  • After work begins: No refund on setup fees
  • Subscriptions: Cancel anytime; no refund for partial months

7. Subscription Cancellation

Cancel anytime. Service continues until end of billing period. You retain delivered assets.

8. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your content and data
  • Upon payment, you own custom deliverables
  • We retain our frameworks and methodologies

9. Support

  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST
  • Response: Within 24 business hours

10. Limitation of Liability

Liability limited to fees paid in prior 3 months. We are not liable for indirect damages or third-party outages.

11. Governing Law

Governed by Delaware law. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware.
